This Privacy Policy Statement sets out the privacy policy and practices of D’Ventures Enterprise Limited (“we”, “us”, “our” or “D’Ventures”), for the purposes of complying with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance. We are committed to protecting your privacy and the confidentiality of your personal data that we collect, use and process in connection with our services, products, facilities, events and/or activities (collectively, the “Services”). This Privacy Policy Statement describes how we collect, use, handle and protect your personal data, which is any information that is capable of identifying an individual. When an individual provides personal data to us, they are agreeing to be governed by this Privacy Policy Statement.

Other administration and operational records – for various purposes of operating and properly discharging the functions of D’Ventures.

Where you agree (or where otherwise permitted by law), we may use your personal data, including your name and contact details, to send you the latest news and offers about our Services, according to available methods of communication. Even after you agree and ask us to send you information, you can always unsubscribe or withdraw your consent at any time, and we shall stop sending you materials by way of direct marketing. Access and Correction

You have the right to request access to, and correct information held by us about you. When handling a data access/correction request, we will check the identity of the requestor to ensure that he/she is the person legally entitled to make the data access/correction request. We may charge a fee for processing any data access request.

Changes to this Privacy Policy Statement

We may revise this Privacy Policy Statement from time to time. All versions of the Privacy Policy Statement are dated with the effective date of that version of the privacy policy. Our processing of personal data we collected about you will be governed by the most recent privacy policy in effect.
